Description: The training materials and the online learning course "POP UP- Restaurants", can be used in classroom settings with a teacher/trainer, and/or for self-learning. The material provides all the needed information, skills and competencies that can be utilized in order to enable learners to start their own business in gastronomy. Considering the fact that home restaurants are popular and becoming an alternative to traditional dining out. Pop-up restaurants are not only organizing single dinners but real social events. These training materials aim to support entrepreneurship and self-employment in the gastronomic field and stimulate innovation among unemployed people. It comprises structured and updated information of legal requirement in different European countries, strategies for Marketing and Communications and customer care. In addition, offers insights into nutritional aspects and updates for keeping up with the current gastronomic trends "cooking green and zero miles provision". The online-course is interactive and engages its users. It is available in Italian, English, German, Latvian and Spanish.
