It comprises lots of progressive exercises which can be carried out in different settings, e.g. at home, at work, when travelling and in nature. The overall approach of the physical activity protocol is based on scientific principles and is relatively simple to adapt to different settings.
Research shows that even a small amount of physical activity can yield various health benefits. The guide describes physical activities with a gradual increase in duration and intensity.
