Description: This self-assessment tool is part of the Erasmus+ project eLene4work. The purpose of the specific tool, is to help learners identify their own individual soft skills (including digital soft skills) and help young people to assess their own level of competency and an example of what skills are expected for them to exhibit in order to be a desirable job candidate.
After the completion of this questionnaire, the users can set his own learning agenda by identifying their strengths and areas for improvement, and decide whether they want to build on these strengths and/or fill the gaps in their soft skills profile, using different online educational content. The system generates a PDF file at the end of this process, that helps to keep track of this initial self-assessment in later on. Additionally, the project website includes also an orientation guide.
Learning objectives
- Identify and analyse own soft skills, including digital soft skills;
- Identify own strengths and weaknesses;
- Giving the option to create own learning agenda through the results analysis of an especially designed questionnaire;
- Provide useful information regarding the requirements and challenges in today's professional and everyday life.
